Your IBAN supports SEPA Credit Transfers in euros, and SEPA Instant where the other bank supports it. Payments outside SEPA can be discussed with our team.
At launch we support Bitcoin (BTC), Ether (ETH), Tether (USDT) and USD Coin (USDC). The full list, with supported networks, is shown in your account.
Fees depend on your account type and volumes. Every exchange order shows its fee before you confirm it, and our full fee schedule is available on request.
Most personal applications are reviewed within one business day once all documents are submitted. Business applications usually take longer, depending on the ownership structure.
